Probity Consulting as an expanding management consulting firm is always on the lookout for new talent.

If you are interested in a change and enjoy providing great customer service, can think strategically and innovatively, have a sense of humour, well developed business acumen, excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong sense of personal accountability and have:

• a minimum of five years consulting experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • Organisational development and review
  • Change management
  • Outsourcing
  • Procurement
  • Search and Selection for IT applications and systems
  • Financial and Management Accounting
  • Business Analysis
  • Continuous Process Improvement
• An appropriate tertiary qualification e.g. BCom, MBA
• A Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma or be Prince2/PMI certified.
